Do unused benefits carry over?

Yes — your monthly treatment credits carry forward for up to 1 year, so you can bank them for bigger treatments or save them for the right moment.
Is there a lock-in period?

Yes, memberships have a 6-month minimum. After that, you can pause or cancel at any time.
Can I pause or cancel?

After your initial 6 months, you can pause or cancel anytime. We just ask for 30 days' notice.
What's the difference between tiers?

Bronze is built around a customized monthly facial. Silver expands your monthly treatment to include peels and PICOCARE, and bumps savings to 15%. Gold adds VI Peel and select laser hair removal options, with the highest level of savings (20%) on retail and lasers.
Will membership pricing ever change?

Yes. Beginning August 1, our membership pricing will be updated alongside our new DiamondGlow and Hydrafacial pricing. As this is our first membership update, we're committed to giving all current members advance notice and plenty of time to review their options before any changes take effect.
